Once the weather gets cold, it's hard to see stars frolicking on the beach without feeling jealous. But when we spotted model Sharni Vinson catching some sun in Australia, she looked so cool in her oversized sunglasses and floppy hat, that we almost forgot how freezing it is here in New York City.
