The Duchess of Cambridge has remained true to her signature hair style for many years, but 2015 has been a year of change for her locks. First she added a fringe and now she's gone for a lob.
The Duchess revealed her new 'do at ICAP's annual charity day in London on Wednesday 9 October.
Kate’s hairdresser Richard Ward explained the benefits of shorter hair to the Mirror: "It’s easier and quicker to dry and style, which is good if you’re a mum.
"Cutting off the dead ends won’t make your hair look shorter, in fact having nice blunt ends will create the illusion it’s thicker."
The Duchess wore a wool LK Bennett Davina dress and Jude peplum jacket, which she teamed with black suede Stuart Weitzman heels.
