Kate Moss Is Giving Up Naked Photoshoots To Avoid Embarrassing Her Daughter Lila Grace

Sometimes we feel like we've seen Kate Moss's naked body more times than our own, but apparently all that's about to change.

Moss has made a play for the title of the coolest of mums - by saying she's giving up nude fashion shoots to avoid embarrassing her her 12-year-old daughter, Lila Grace.

In a new interview with the Mirror, Moss revealed: "I don’t think my daughter wants to see me on the toilet. Lila has seen me nude. She went: 'Yes, Mummy, there is a lot of you in those pictures.'

"She saw the Playboy thing - she didn’t see the inside but she knew about the whole thing.

"There are things when I think: 'I'm not going to do that.' It gives you boundaries."

Lila Grace recently admitted that her mum - who's recently starred in naked campaigns for St Tropez and Burberry - can be "embarassing and annoying".

Even if Mossy is ditching the naked shoots, don't expect to never see the words "nude" and "Moss" in the same sentence ever again.

The supermodel has just launched her latest Rimmel range - the Nude Collection, described by the brand as a "super-chic, on-trend palette of neutral shades for lips and nails, designed by style icon Kate Moss".

Speaking about her new range, which includes £5.49 lipsticks and balms, as well as £4.49 nail varnishes, Moss said: "I want every girl to feel great in her own skin and find her perfect nude.

"Make-up is all about having fun and experimenting with both natural looks and red carpet glamour."

Paris Couture Week 2-15: 7 Childhood Trends From The Runways

Haute couture is often viewed as spectacle rather than practical wear. But here we are at the end of Paris Couture Fashion Week, thinking of all the things we could wear from designers like Elie Saab and Fendi.

If there's one trend we noticed it's that some of our childhood outfits made it down the runway. Remember the Champagne-colored Jessica McClintock gowns from junior prom? Ralph & Russo is trying to make them a thing. Oh, and striped tights? Looks like Jean Paul Gaultier is calling for a resurgence.

Check out the childhood trends that sauntered down the runway and be inspired to play some dress-up this weekend.

Sienna Miller wore head to toe white to Wimbledon - a brave move at an event where there is bound to be ice cream.

Miller's jumpsuit was designed by Notting Hill brand Galvan and is currently available in black for £930 from Browns, London, or in white from MatchesFashion.com.

Wimbledon 2015 Fashion: David Beckham Shows Us All How To Wear A Summer Suit

Wimbledon 2015 began last week and, as expected, the style stakes are just as exciting as the tennis.

Giving us all a lesson in courtside dressing, celebs turned out in their coolest suits, with David Beckham and his mini-me son Romeo leading the fashion pack (and just looking insanely badass in general for catching a flying tennis ball with one hand).

How to Embrace Al Fresco Dining With Style

The heat is on! Whether you have a terrace, balcony or patio - it's that time of year when you want to make this space look as amazing as your interiors. In this fantastic weather, it's only natural that you'll want to spend more time in the sun, so here are my top tips on how to get your outdoor space ready for enjoying and entertaining!

2015-07-10-1436544155-7782066-1.jpg

There's nothing more quintessentially British than a picnic during summertime, so this is a great way to make an outdoor space more appealing to entertain in. Find fabulous throws and cushions to create a picnic area in your garden. I love informal dining and this is the perfect way to translate this to the outside. Organic shaped tableware, like my Zen collection from Kelly Hoppen London are the perfect neutral base to serve food on and let your decoration shine through.

2015-07-10-1436544270-2735561-plates_side_plates_bowls_1.jpg

Think outside the box when it comes to decorating the space for entertaining. Have a random selection of glasses heightens the informality of the meal and will make everyone feel a little more relaxed. Fill plant pots with knives and forks for a more rustic look, which will also add an element of fun to the space.

To create a fantastic layout for any al fresco table, use runners down the centre of tables as a starting point. Once you have this in place, use natural elements like leaves and flowers to decorate the base and then introduce some quirky additions, for example milk bottles or jam jars which can be filled with flowers to bring the whole look together. Complete the look napkins, tied with string to keep them looking relaxed but organised.

Now you are ready to serve! Summer salads and light bites work really well when it's hot outside, so why not make it more casual with a buffet-style meal. That way, guests can interact and it certainly takes the pressure off the host. Have your cutlery ready for your guests to use by taking the labels of old ice cream tubs for a fun, alternative way to display flowers or have your utensils handy!

I hope you have a fantastic summer and these tips help you to create the perfect summer party, no matter what outdoor space you have - Cheers!

Serena Williams: See The Wimbledon Winner's Best Fashion Moments

No tennis player has been more dominant or successful in the past two decades than Serena Williams, who at 33-years-old with a new Wimbledon title under her belt shows no signs of slowing down.

The Olympian athlete also knows what she's doing in the style department.

Williams' bold style has earned her two American Vogue covers, her own sportswear lines with Puma and Nike and her own fashion collection on the Home Shopping Network, which she recently revealed she hopes to expand into something more high end.

Benedict Cumberbatch, Drake And Lewis Hamilton: Fashion Heroes And Fails At Wimbledon

Wimbledon 2015 may be over, but we're still looking over the fashion hits and misses from the finals weekend.

Our ultimate tennis style hero has to be Benedict Cumberbatch (narrowly ahead of David Beckham for his epic one-handed ball catch).

benedict cumberbatch

Looking suitably dashing in a grey-blue suit, Cumberbatch even matched his tie to the stadium's chairs *swoon*.

The Sherlock star joined his father for the men's singles final between Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic, waving politely to the crowds and even photobombing a selfie starring tennis great Bjorn Bjorg.

The man's a legend.

But unfortunately not everyone can win in the style stakes and Drake's outfit seemed to cause a bit of a stir on Twitter.

The Toronto-born rapper made an unexpected appearance at the women's finals to support champion Serena Williams, but his white tee and preppy cardigan draped round his neck didn't go down too well with fans.

“Somebody needs to tell Drake that the obligatory sweater draped over the shoulder at tennis matches is so ’80s and over and done with,” wrote @missacool.

“Drake can really fit in with any group of people,” joked @boke18. “Tying that sweater around his neck like that lmaooooo.”

While we can't admit we're fans of the look, Drake definitely earns top points for effort (he even wore all white like Wimbledon players are advised to do!).

Wimbledon.

A photo posted by Lewis Hamilton (@lewishamilton) on

Someone who didn't dress for the occasion (with disastrous consequences) was Lewis Hamilton.

The Formula 1 driver rocked up to the Royal Box in a bright floral shirt and hat but was subsequently turned away for not wearing a jacket, tie and appropriate shoes.

His spokesperson said: "Due to a misunderstanding over dress code, he is disappointed to have missed the final."

A Wimbledon spokesman added: “If he [Hamilton] was not adequately dressed you could infer that he would not have been let in, but we do not comment on our guests.

"If he came without a jacket, tie or shoes he would have had two choices - not staying or going to get some extra stuff."

Ironically, Hamilton posted a photo of his Royal Box ticket and a guide for attendees just minutes before being turned away. If only he'd actually read it...

Breastfeeding: A Wardrobe Dilemma! Here Are the Shopping Rules to Follow...

$
0

So, you are out of your maternity clothes, and are now facing an entirely new wardrobe crisis. The breast feeding wardrobe... Something you didn't prepare for when you were pregnant, bet you thought you would just wear your old clothes didn't you!

When I was pregnant with my first baby, I spent most of my pregnancy creating a mental wish list of all the clothes I would wear after having her - not even 10% of this list turned out to be even remotely practical for the new lifestyle that was ahead.

You need to feel comfortable feeding in public so choosing tops that will keep this discreet is key. These are the rules to follow when shopping:

  • Avoid anything too tight or fitted, these ride up your back when nursing and can make you feel quite vulnerable from behind! Not to mention cold...

  • Go for good quality even with your basic tees so they don't lose their shape with all the stretching they'll endure

  • If you find a top that requires feeding from above the neckline, wear with a scarf or a vest that you can pull up under the top so that you don't feel too exposed on your chest.

  • It is best to layer than to wear a bulky top for breast feeding so that yourself and baby don't get too hot

  • Steer clear of pastel shades, these are the worst at showing wet patches and sick!

  • Floaty tops are great for draping around your baby when feeding, these make for the most discreet nursing

  • Go for support instead of aesthetics when it comes to your underwear, I recommend Panache and Emma Jane, if you are anything bigger than a D you can forget gorgeous brands such as Elle Macpherson and Hot Milk!

It is extremely hard to find nursing clothes that are anything other than "practical" so I would like to share some stylish essentials that I have bought this time around that work for me...

Vests

A loose vest will be your best friend in the heat whilst trying to breastfeed in public and the best I have come across are from Warehouse. They are such a nice shape and are flattering tucked in or worn loose. There is a huge selection of colours and are only £10. STOCK UP! I get through 2 most days thanks to baby vom...

Stretchy Jeans

Whilst I love a good pair of skinny jeans, comfort comes first right now! I've just discovered Jack Wills do a brilliant pair of stretchy jeans and they are slightly higher waisted than I normally wear which again, covers any bulges when discreetly breastfeeding.

2015-07-11-1436600689-380013-10000705201.jpg

Skirts

Dresses are simply out of the question when breast feeding, which is devastating when all you want to do is sling on a maxi and be done with it! So to stay cool, skirts are the only option but trying to find a flattering one for a 30 something is harder than you would think! I picked up a couple at Jack Wills and mix and match them with a selection of my new loose vests.

Shorts

For those park days when a floaty mini skirt simply isn't practical, you need a good pair of shorts to rely on. Most shorts are just too short these days (and yes I know exactly how I sound when I say that) but I have found these from Zara which are practical and very stylish!

Kristen Stewart has revealed the reason she cut her hair short after years of sporting long locks while filming the Twilight series.

Stewart debuted her pixie cut at the Chanel Autumn/Winter 2014 couture show last July, and at the time it was speculated the change was required for her role in the film American Ultra, but the truth is far more personal.

kristen stewart
Kristen Stewart at the Chanel's fall-winter 2015/2016 Haute Couture show in Pari on 7 July 2015.

"My hair was such a crutch," she told Marie Claire US.

"I looked quote unquote 'sexy' no matter what. I could hide behind it.

"As soon as I didn't have all that hair, I had to let my face hang out. I felt more confident than I had in a really long time. And it felt really good.

"Maybe to most people long hair is prettier. But then what? Is your main goal in life to be desired? That is boring as fuck."

Fancy trying the look for yourself, but worried it will be too "drastic" a change to your style? Writer Shelley Wetton, 43, shared her experience of going for a pixie cut in a blog on Huff Post.

"Hair. It's a polarising issue and I admit my identity was wrapped up in it," she writes.

"However, it's not world peace, global warming or nuclear armament.

"So, I nervously made an appointment and lost three pounds the week of my cut (I now refer to this as the pixie-cut-diet.) I couldn't eat, my palms were sweaty and my heart raced the day of my appointment."

But like Stewart, Wetton discovered a new-found confidence after going for the chop.

"In cutting my hair, I unearthed a self-assurance I hadn't yet fully realized. I feel free, beautiful and, yes, feminine. If you're on the pixie fence, go for it!

"It's only hair...it grows."

Kendall Jenner has some of the hottest hair in Hollywood, and our favourite way she wears it has to be braids.

Whether it's a rope braided side-pony, a fishtail 'do or some undercut cornrows, Jenner's a master at this spring/summer's hottest beauty trend.

Her plaits are never polished, instead her flyaways and loose strands make the braids look effortlessly gorgeous - and a whole lot easier to recreate at home.

Braided styles can instantly turn bad hair days into great ones, and they can be worn in so many different ways.

Another added bonus about messy braids is that they don't require a particular hair texture or length.

Try a chic mermaid braid à la Blake Lively, a messy side braid like Michelle Keegan or simply watch the video above for easy Kendall-esque locks.

Lady Gaga Jumpsuit: Gaga Sets Out To Shock Once Again

Lady Gaga was always going to have to work hard to top the shock factor of THAT explicit Disney T-shirt.

English Weather Wardrobe Woes? Look No Further

$

'Will it rain today?', 'Is this outfit windproof?'

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate every ray of sunshine we get, but true to English weather, each day brings something inconsistent and is wreaking havoc with my wardrobe choices! I don't know about the rest of you, but I wake up each morning scanning my closet in despair, launching each unsuitable item into a pile on my floor.

In need of some inspiration I turned to the net and my trustworthy glossy magazines. Feeling suitably equipped with ideas, a shopping spree was on the agenda.

I've put together my top five fail-safe garments that are worth the investment this season.

The Tailored Sleeveless Jacket

This is a great layering piece, without the heaviness of full-length sleeves, (and a great cover-up if you're wearing something white or a little sheerer when the heavens open)! Pair with skinny jeans and a basic tee for a smart-casual polished look. Embrace nude hues with Topshop's Raw Edge Sleeveless Jacket or master the soft military image with River Island's Crepe Sleeveless Trench Jacket.

The Jean

Now this item I don't think I, let alone anyone else, could live without. Perfect for any season, a timeless piece, the jean can be dressed up with heels or down with Birkenstocks. Skinny, Straight, Bootcut, Boyfriend, white, grey, black or blue, these are a fabulous base for any outfit to work with. Try Gap for a vast selection of quality well-cut styles - ever so important when purchasing your new best friend.

The White Boyfriend Shirt

Comfortable, cool and classic. Flattering for almost any silhouette, the oversized shirt hides a multitude of body sins and can be worn in so many ways. Buttoned down over a little summer dress, a cover-up on the beach, or simply teamed with denim - loose, tucked in or tied at the front - for a simple but chic look. I've got my eye on Joules Longer Length Tippi Shirt.

The Playsuit/Jumpsuit

Screaming versatile and effortless, this is an all-in-one, (literally), outfit you can throw on, walk out the door and it speaks for itself. Choose from laid-back corduroy dungarees, like this throw-back from Topshop, to office-appropriate elegant jumpsuits such as this wide-leg crepe must-have from Warehouse.

The Maxi Dress

It's hard to go wrong with this staple summer dress. Seasons later and it's still ageless and seamlessly glamorous. Chiffon, jersey, cotton, this attire can take you from day to night, from festival to wedding, with a little savvy accessorising. An absolute steal at £14.99, I'm in love with this basic A-line maxi dress from H&M in Khaki. For that special occasion, this Lilac Floral Super Full Maxi Dress from ASOS is absolutely charming.

Plus, it has the all-important advantage of not showing those lacy brazilian briefs* you so thoughtfully put on this morning, should you get caught in the breeze!

*Who am I kidding? We all reach for the extra comfy pink spotty pants we picked up from Primark.

Remember Cher's amazing outfit-matching computer program in the film Clueless? While that may have seemed like technology of the future, it's now an actual thing on the Internet and we couldn't be more excited.

To celebrate the the 20th anniversary of the iconic 1995 film, website CherWears.com created an online digital wardrobe as a homage to everyone's favourite 90s blonde high schooler.

Enter your height, weight and bra size for the site to whip you up a mini avatar - it calculates your waist and hip measurements (these can be adjusted) then gives you a range of 7 different models to pick from.

Choose to wear your hair up or down, stick on some knee high clueless-style socks and you're ready to try on clothes the way Cher imagined.

clueless

The best part? Not only can you try on different sizes to see how they'll fit IRL, all the clothing on the site is actually available to buy from high street brands including House of Holland and Little Mistress.

If you're feeling uninspired, the site even picks out whole outfits that will work great together (Cher's P.E. kit anyone?).

Plus, everything on there is 90s themed so you can't really go wrong.

We think Miss Horowitz would definitely approve.

Blake Lively Can't Find Louboutins In Her Shoe Size On Trip To Asia

Beyond barely squeezing your feet through the ankle holes of your skinny jeans, the most annoying problem is simply finding a pair of shoes - or better yet, a stylish pair of shoes, in your actual size.

Finding an amazing item of clothing then realising it doesn't come in your size is a bit of a bummer and Blake Lively experienced the feeling first hand this weekend when she found her dream Christian Louboutin shoes on a trip to Asia.

"Oh no he dih uuuunt Crystal. Leopard. Tennies," she posted on Instagram, alongside a snap of herself posing next to a dazzling crystal-embellished trainer.

Website Refinery29 spoke to a group of facekini wearers, who told them they wear the designs to protect them jellyfish stings and from getting a tan on their face.

"My favorite part of myself is my face, that’s why I wear facekini. I don't want to get sunburn," one woman shares.
